ABOUT US

M/S Elite Adjustments (M) Sdn.Bhd., formerly known as Gan Adjusters is licensed by the BANK NEGARA MALAYSIA and the MINISTRY of HOME AFFAIRS. However, in 1983, Gan Adjusters, formed in 1976 was subsequently renamed as Elite Adjustments (M) Sdn.Bhd. A copy of the license is enclosed for your kind perusal. The authorised capital of the company is RM 500,000.00 with a paid up capital of RM 264,000.00. Presently, we have six (6) offices viz., Kuala Lumpur (head office), Johor Bharu, Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, Kota Kinabalu and plans are in the pipeline to expand to Kuantan, Kota Bharu and Kuching. We have a total workforce of more than 20 personnel and are in the process of recruiting more qualified/experienced personnel in various fields of loss adjustment and motor liability investigation.

We are an IT based company using the GTS System for the motor insurance claims (E – claims). We are also using the “Merimen Loss Adjusting Services” which is an Internet based program provided by Merimen Holdings Sdn.Bhd. To enhance productivity and efficiency, we have upgraded our IT System in order to meet the requirements of Insurers and Bank Negara Malaysia.
